By scheduling, booking, or using any transportation service provided by AMANAH Trusted Rides LLC (DBA: Amanah Transportation), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Amanah Transportation provides non-emergency passenger transportation services in the State of California, including school transportation, wheelchair-accessible transportation, non-emergency medical transportation, senior transportation, and community mobility services. Services in Utah are forthcoming and subject to state regulatory approval.
Our services are available to individuals located in our service areas. By booking a ride, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Amanah Transportation reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for safety or compliance reasons.
We currently operate in the State of California, with primary coverage in San Diego County. Utah operations are coming soon and will be announced upon regulatory approval. We make no guarantee of service availability outside our stated coverage areas.
All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful manner. Amanah Transportation reserves the right to terminate a trip and refuse future service to any passenger who poses a safety risk or engages in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.
Amanah Transportation's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific trip in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
ALL FEES PAID TO AMANAH TRANSPORTATION ARE STRICTLY NONREFUNDABLE. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: cancellation by the client, scheduling changes, inability to complete travel, weather conditions, or change of need.
All transportation fees — including fees for return trips — must be paid in full before service is rendered. Amanah Transportation will not dispatch a vehicle or provide service until full payment has been confirmed. Payment serves as your final confirmation of the booking.
An additional surcharge applies to all trips with a pickup time during rush hour: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Rush hour surcharges are determined by dispatch and communicated to the client before payment is collected. These surcharges are nonrefundable once paid.
An additional surcharge applies to trips with a pickup time before 6:00 AM or after 8:00 PM on any day, and to all trips scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays. After-hours surcharges are communicated by dispatch before payment is collected and are nonrefundable once paid.
Return trips are treated as separate bookings. Fees for return transportation — including any applicable rush hour or after-hours surcharges — are also nonrefundable once confirmed. If you require a return trip, it must be booked and paid for separately or at the time of the original booking.
In the rare event that Amanah Transportation must cancel a confirmed trip due to circumstances within our control (e.g., mechanical failure, driver unavailability), we will issue a full refund or reschedule the trip at no additional charge, at our discretion.
If a passenger is not present at the agreed pickup address at the scheduled pickup time and has not contacted us at least 2 hours in advance to reschedule, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No-show fees are nonrefundable.
All billing disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the scheduled service date. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered. Submission of a dispute does not guarantee a refund.
We collect personal information you provide when submitting a schedule request or contact form, including your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination addresses, and any special needs or medical notes. We may also collect device and usage data when you visit our website.
Your information is used solely to process your transportation request, communicate with you about your booking, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain booking and contact records for a minimum of 3 years for compliance and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected], subject to legal retention requirements.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website may use third-party tools (such as analytics or form processors) that operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. School transportation services are arranged through parents, guardians, or school district administrators.
